Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Falcon Assets Manager, provided by [YOUR COMPANY NAME], registration number [NUMBER], of [ADDRESS] ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

1. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Card payments are charged when you subscribe and on each renewal. Bank transfer (TT) payments are made against our invoice; access starts once the funds have cleared in our account. Unpaid renewals enter a 7-day grace period, after which the account becomes read-only until payment clears. Your data is not deleted.

2. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time, including while the account is read-only.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your asset records, for the people you invite, for their roles, and for keeping passwords and Approval PINs secret.

4. Availability and support

We aim for [99.5%] monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is available by [EMAIL / PHONE] during [HOURS].

5. Limitation of liability

6. Termination
