Separated by company

Every record belongs to one organisation. The database itself refuses to return another company’s data.

Branch-level access

Branch managers’ logins return only their own branch. Field users see no financial values.

Approval PIN

Approvals need a separate PIN of at least 8 characters with letters, numbers and a special character. Five wrong tries lock approvals for 30 minutes and alert your admin.

Audit trail

Every change records who made it, when, from which device, and the values before and after. The trail cannot be edited.

Verifiable documents

Reports, forms, certificates and invoices carry a security QR. Scanning it confirms the document is genuine and detects altered copies.

Card payments

Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s secure page with 3-D Secure. We never see or store card numbers.

Support access

Our support staff can open your account only after you grant access, for a limited time, and every visit is logged.
