How do I add an asset?

Open the app, tap Add asset and scan the tag. If the tag cannot be scanned you can type the code, but you must give a reason and it is recorded as an exception.

Why can I not move an asset?

Assets move only through an Asset Movement Form raised by the branch manager of the asset’s branch or the Organisation Asset Custodian, and approved with Approval PINs.

What is the Approval PIN?

A separate code of at least 8 characters, with a letter, a number and a special character. It is needed for every approval and sign-off.

How do I import our register?

Download the Excel template from Import, fill columns A to U, upload it, review the errors by row, then commit. You can undo an import within 24 hours.

How do I check a report is genuine?

Scan its QR code with any phone camera. The verification page shows who issued it and when, and you can upload the PDF to confirm it has not been altered.

We paid by bank transfer. When do we get access?
